SHEEP: John 4:34 Jesus found satisfaction in deep communion with God and in doing His will.
GOD'S WORD: Matthew 6:9-13 Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be Your name. 10 Your kingdom come. Your will be done On earth as it is in heaven. 11 Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, As we forgive our debtors. And do not lead us into temptation, But deliver us from the evil one. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.
SHEEP: Our Father – our needs are met by a loving Father
Hallowed be your name – His Presence is needed to enter His gates. This is done through praise (Psalm 100) and because of the atoning blood of Jesus (Hebrews 10:19-22)
Thy Kingdom come – His Kingdom will be established in my loved ones and those around me.
Give us this day – He provides for our needs. We are to pray daily.
He forgives. We must forgive others.
We have power over Satan – Pray a hedge of protection(Psalm 91) and put on the whole armor of us God (Ephesians 6:14-18).
We have partnership with Him – one with Him(John 17:20-22)
We share in His Kingdom, power, peace and glory with Jesus because of what He has done, Matthew 6:13 Praise God for His Kingdom ,power and glory that is with us. 2 Timothy 4:18 – He will deliver us from every evil work! Luke 10:9 – He will heal the sick.
Matthew 6:33 Seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness (a)and all these will be added.
1 Timothy 4:8 . . .but godliness is profitable for all who have the promise of life* that now is and of that which is to come. *life – present life of grace and future life of glory!
Romans 14:17 Kingdom of God is righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit Romans 8:5 Live according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit
GOD'S WORD: Galatians 5 "22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law. 24 And those who are Christ's have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. 25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.
